Abraham Haskel Taub

• Biography written by Bahram Mashhoon [Department of Physics and Astronomy, University of Missouri at Columbia] to accompany the Golden Oldie reprint of Taub's most famous article [Empty Spacetimes Admitting a Three-Parameter Group of Motions, Annals of Mathematics, vol. 53, 1951, pp.472-490] reprinted in the Journal General Relativity and Gravitation, volume 36, pp.2689–2719 (2004) with commentary by Malcolm MacCallum.
