These are now ready for World Scientific to start the publication process, once the author compuscript files are downloaded
from ICRA Rome or sent by CD if necessary.

• mg12tocfiles.zip table of contents zip, generates 39 pages of front matter, for total of 60 pages to be repeated at beginning of each volume
  mg12toc.pdf preliminary PDF approximately 2252 pages of contents including back matter but not counting front matter
  mg12toc.tex source latex file for table of contents in publisher mode to organize author contributions,
                      generates table of contents when not in publisher mode,
                      generates raw author index file that requires editing to use for generating author index
  mg12toc-inputdefs.tex latex macro definitions for handling parallel sessions in table of contents
  mg12toc-inputdata.tex source data for author contributions
   
• mg12participantstlist.tex 20 pages for back matter [mg12participantstlist.pdf]
   
• mg12tocal.txt example of preliminary author page latex output for author index, edit after final pagination is achieved to create author index
            [as explained in top of mg12toc.tex comments, edit away leading spaces of secondary authors in output file, then copy and paste
              into excel to order by first column = author last name, then export to text file, edit repeat occurrences of author last names]
